How it works
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
This isn’t just about sets and reps — it’s about you.
We’ll dig into your background, how you like to train, and what you’re working toward. Together, we’ll set goals that feel grounded, exciting, and realistic.
Clear goals = clear plan = faster progress.
INITIAL TESTING
To create a programme that actually fits, I’ll ask you to complete a few simple tests relevant to your goals.
You’ll film these and send them over — I’ll analyse your movement, strengths, and sneaky weak spots so we can build from a solid foundation.
YOUR PERSONALISED PROGRAM
Once I’ve seen how you move, I’ll create your bespoke 6-week plan and share it via Google Drive. You will have space to log your notes and feedback each week، as well as uploading videos of your key exercises, so I can keep an eye on your progress and make precise tweaks as we go. After the 6 weeks, you will have the option to keep going with me for as long as you like.
WEEKLY VIDEO FEEDBACK
Every week, you’ll get a detailed breakdown of your training videos. I’ll record voiceover feedback highlighting what’s improving, what to adjust, and what to focus on next. It’s like having a coach right there — minus the awkward “is this good form?” guesswork.
SMART PROGRESSION & TESTING
We’ll train intelligently, not just intensely. Progress isn’t about grinding harder every week — it’s about timing your effort and recovery so your body (and brain) adapt.
Deload weeks are built in when your body needs them, not when a spreadsheet says so. We’ll measure progress with structured tests, so you can see your growth, not just feel tired.
